Do I need a Gym Membership?
Nope! We have lots of clients who love working out at home.
Can I take the call on my cell phone?
I don't recommend it. I share my screen to show you exactly how we coach, and using a phone wouldn’t give you the same experience.
You need to join from a tablet, laptop, or desktop in a quiet spot with no distractions.
I need to talk it over with my partner, spouse, or someone else before deciding
I completely agree! It's so important to have your loved ones support your choice to focus on your health and fitness. That’s why they need to join the call with you.

Should I wait until after my vacation or holidays, next month, to start?
Holidays, Christmas, birthdays, and other events will always happen. If you don’t learn how to handle them and make them part of your lifestyle, losing weight will only work for a short time.
When you work with us, you’ll learn how to manage these events and still make progress, with your coach there to support you!
How much time do I have to invest? I’m already so busy…
Don’t stress! Your plan will be made to fit your busy life. You can still reach your goals.
Usually, just 3-5 hours a week is all you need!
How will my plan fit in with my work life?
When we know what your normal workday looks like, we can make a plan that works for you. You’ll also get tools and choices to help you if your plans change at the last minute. This way, you’ll always know what to do!
The kids keep me so busy. How can I make this work?
Your plan is made just for you. It has to fit your life! If something feels like it’s getting in the way, your coach will help you find a solution.
Whether it’s quick workouts or ways to include your kids, we’ll make sure your plan works for you.
